 In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and productivity of internal service center operations by streamlining workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and enabling faster response times to business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain workflow processes within ISC systems to support business functions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure workflow alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workflow-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
  • Document workflow configurations, changes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in designing and managing complex workflow systems within internal service centers or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation tools and platforms, with the ability to configure and optimize processes effectively.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting workflow issues and implementing timely resolutions to maintain system performance.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies to ensure seamless data flow across multiple systems.
  • Experience documenting technical processes and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
