Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle for SumUp Bulgaria, maintain accurate HRIS data, support monthly payroll cycles with external providers, respond to employee and manager queries, and drive process improvements and documentation to increase data quality and automation.

Lead end-to-end product design for Reporting, Sales, and Fiscalisation within SumUp's POS. Drive unified dashboard and mobile reporting, design compliant onboarding and export flows, establish UX patterns for data-heavy financial experiences, run discovery, influence roadmap, and partner closely with PMs, engineers, and data teams.
