Lead and grow Smartly's platform partnerships across APAC by building relationships with major platform partners (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google), driving joint business plans, supporting regional sales and customer success for new customer acquisition and upsell, liaising with product development, organizing partner events and business reviews, and scaling regional partner operations.

Own and grow a portfolio of customers using Smartly's social advertising platform. Serve as primary contact to drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Proactively identify performance improvements, translate data into actionable insights, and build relationships with media partners. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams and represent the customer voice to inform product and process development.
