Own end-to-end vertical slices of the Media Library platform. Create polished, on-brand presentations and production-ready assets for executives, sales, internal and conference audiences. Partner with stakeholders to translate complex information into clear slides, manage asset resizing/versioning, apply brand guidelines, handle confidential materials, and support production workflows across channels while coordinating with US and Manila teams.

Provide high-level administrative support to SVPs and US commercial teams: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and events, handle expenses, liaise with cross-functional teams and other EAs, protect confidential information, and improve operational processes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
