Own the agentic SecOps platform vision and roadmap, enabling internal product teams to build, deploy, and operate LLM-based agents. Manage high-volume renewals for commercial customers (≤ $50K ARR), ensure customer and partner satisfaction, coordinate with Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Ops and Customer Success for on-time contract execution, leverage AI tools to increase productivity, and identify SKU migrations and upsell opportunities for Account Executives.

Lead and scale global compliance and certification programs (SOC 2, ISO, FedRAMP), drive privacy and AI compliance readiness, embed Compliance-as-Code and Zero Trust into SDLC, coordinate audits and GRC documentation, and translate regulations into actionable guidance across engineering, product, legal, and security teams.

Deliver complex data analysis and BI solutions to support GTM decisions. Build and maintain Snowflake/DBT data models, automate reporting, develop Streamlit and Python tools, manage analytics projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply Gen AI and advanced analytics to optimize forecasting and processes.

Lead technical sales for major enterprise accounts by owning the technical sale, identifying and qualifying opportunities, delivering technical presentations and whiteboards, architecting cloud security solutions (Zero Trust/AI-enabled), and partnering with regional leaders and engineering to ensure successful deployments and trusted-advisor relationships.

Own and manage enterprise sales territory: prospect, engage C-level buyers, run full sales cycle, collaborate with solutions engineers and channel partners, and drive cloud security / Zero Trust adoption to close deals and grow customer footprint.
