Responsibilities include animation integration, hitbox timing, hit reactions, cancel windows, telegraphs, combat balancing, animation authoring, Blueprint implementation, Behavior Trees, Animation Blueprints, Niagara prototyping, and cross-functional troubleshooting. The role requires independent ownership of combat characters or systems and approximately 5+ years of relevant game development experience.

Own game spaces from blockout through final polish, combining gameplay layout, world building, lighting, composition, and performance optimization. Build environments in Unreal Engine using pre-generated assets, PCG, Houdini, and Blueprints. Implement level features and interactives, optimize streaming and memory performance, and collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams across the development pipeline.

Creates stylized fantasy concepts for characters, creatures, costumes, weapons, and gear. Produces turnarounds, callout sheets, and model packs for 3D production, while collaborating with 3D artists and art direction to ensure technical feasibility, visual clarity, and stylistic consistency. The role requires strong character design, anatomy, proportion, costume, color theory, and real-time 3D asset pipeline knowledge.

Manage full-set accounting for assigned entities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, intercompany accounting, and financial statements. Prepare management reports, sales channel reporting, and variance analysis while ensuring IFRS and statutory compliance. Support audits, tax matters, D365 reconciliation, process improvements, regional finance projects, and cross-border coordination across international teams.

Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile games; create and maintain test cases; identify and track defects; validate gameplay, UI/UX, performance, and player experience; follow QA standards and Agile processes; and collaborate with developers and QA teams. The role operates primarily during night shifts and may require overtime on weekdays or weekends.
