Lead the paid media strategy for B2B small/micro-businesses, optimize growth channels, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and influence senior leadership.

Leads engineering for Remitly’s Global Card, overseeing full-stack features, APIs, card issuance, balances, and money movement services. Provides technical strategy, manages execution and resource allocation, partners cross-functionally on product roadmaps, and hires and develops engineers. The role also drives safe adoption of AI coding tools, supports organizational design, and maintains high standards for secure, scalable software in a regulated financial product. This is a hybrid leadership position based in Arlington, Virginia.

Owns order-to-cash accounting processes, including topside adjustments, revenue reasonableness, rebate revenue, cost basis reviews, reconciliations, month-end close, and balance sheet substantiation. Builds and improves Alteryx workflows, investigates data and accounting variances, assesses financial statement impacts, maintains audit-ready controls, and partners with Operations and Data Engineering to resolve root causes and improve financial processes.

Designs, delivers, and measures L&D programs for Customer Success; conducts needs assessments, builds scenario-based instructor-led training, partners with stakeholders and global POCs, and continuously improves learning solutions using data.
