Lead Site Reliability Engineer responsible for platform availability and reliability of RelativityOne. Drive SRE best practices, build tools, lead projects, coach SREs, work with stakeholders, support incidents, run postmortems, and improve monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.

This role requires overseeing Salesforce CPQ administration, collaborating with teams for solution design, automating processes, managing configurations, and providing user support.

Lead roadmap and execution for document conversion and enrichment features. Work with customers, engineering, sales, and design to define requirements, prioritize backlog, track product metrics, and drive adoption. Provide technical leadership on cloud architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance while breaking projects into iterative releases and producing go-to-market content.

Provide Tier 2 IT support and advanced troubleshooting for desktop, network, and application issues. Act as escalation point for Tier 1, support identity and endpoint management (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, Autopilot), contribute documentation, assist deployments, and collaborate with global IT teams.

Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects into RelativityOne, define and prioritize migration tooling, author requirements and runbooks, engage agency customers, ensure FedRAMP-compliant handling of DT1 data, and drive continuous improvement and product feedback.

Provide senior legal counsel on commercial technology transactions including SaaS, software, cloud, AI-enabled and data processing agreements; draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise cross-functional stakeholders; streamline contracting processes and pricing governance; use legal tech and AI tools to increase efficiency; engage customers and support strategic initiatives.

Manage technical relationships for Relativity customers, develop account plans, lead technical success plans, troubleshoot incidents with product and engineering, drive service reviews, follow KCS, and act as a Relativity SME to ensure successful platform outcomes.

Design and operate secure authentication and identity services, manage integrations with identity providers, and ensure high availability and system observability.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of cloud-native, distributed, high-throughput data systems. Define organization-wide standards for scalability, reliability, security, and observability. Drive transition from batch to streaming-first pipelines, influence executive product/platform decisions, mentor teams, and establish AI-assisted and agentic engineering best practices and guardrails while owning systems end-to-end.

Lead complex employee relations investigations and high-risk performance cases end-to-end; advise managers and Sr. HRBPs on disciplinary and performance processes; ensure legal compliance, rigorous documentation, and consistent global policy application; analyze ER trends and build enablement tools and playbooks.
