Role Responsibilities
Performance Reporting & Dashboard Development
Own the full lifecycle of dashboard and reporting initiatives — requirements gathering through launch and enablement.
Build and continuously improve Tableau dashboards that power sales performance visibility across GTM activities.
Develop scalable performance reports covering pipeline, ARR/revenue forecasting, KPI attainment, and data consumption.
Data & KPI Governance
Own KPI definitions, data standards, and governance processes that ensure reporting integrity.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems, partnering with Deal Desk, IT, and Business Process & Technology to maintain a single source of truth.
Document data logic, metric definitions, and dashboard methodology for transparency and knowledge transfer.
AI Workflow Design & GTM Engineering
Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve GTM quality and scale through AI — spanning forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Design and deploy AI-native workflows that combine automation, systems integrations, and human review to reduce manual effort.
Leverage AI tools — including Claude and other LLM platforms — as a core part of your daily workflow for analysis, documentation, and operational design.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Sales Ops Business Partners, FP&A, IT, and Business Process & Technology to translate field needs into data, reporting, and systems solutions.
Deliver accurate, timely data packages for business rhythms including business reviews, forecast calls, and leadership reporting.
Mentor junior team members on tools, analytical approaches, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Strategy & Operations, or a related analytical field (Data Science, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, etc.).
Advanced Salesforce proficiency — deep understanding of CRM data architecture and how pipeline data maps to business processes.

Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Microsoft CoPilot, or similar LLMs) as a core productivity and workflow design tool.
Track record of end-to-end project ownership across requirements, build, launch, and enablement.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills — able to present complex findings clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-powered workflows, automation, or operational tooling in a business context.
Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies and go-to-market operational frameworks.
Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
