Processes global sales orders, captures contract data, reviews quotes, fulfills software subscriptions, and resolves transactional issues. Partners with Sales, Legal, IT, Commissions, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable to remove bottlenecks and ensure accurate bookings. Supports customer inquiries, system and SKU testing, and cross-functional operational improvements that enhance scalability and proposal-to-cash efficiency.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, execution, and commercial growth of Rapid7’s Exposure Command and Vulnerability Management product portfolio. Responsibilities include directing cybersecurity product vision, coordinating engineering and go-to-market teams, managing integrations and customer feedback, tracking product KPIs, influencing packaging and pricing, representing the company externally, and building a world-class product management organization.

Drive new business and upsell revenue across mid-market accounts by prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing opportunities. Build trusted cybersecurity advisor relationships, manage quotas and forecasts, monitor competitors, convert client feedback into sales strategies, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and channel partners. Maintain accurate Salesforce records and support account expansion within an assigned territory.

Drive net-new sales and upsell opportunities across mid-market accounts in an assigned territory. Prospect, qualify, and close business; position cybersecurity solutions; monitor competitors; negotiate contracts; maintain Salesforce forecasts; and collaborate with sales engineering, operations, customer success, and channel partners. The role requires exceeding quotas, building trusted client relationships, and traveling up to 10% for client meetings in a hybrid work environment.
