Alternance role supporting Employee Experience: HR administration and payroll tasks (onboarding/offboarding, contracts, leave and benefits, payroll elements), maintain Workday data, manage company car fleet, produce HR reporting and dashboards, and assist department billing. Daily professional use of English and French; 4 days in company / 1 day training.

Lead development and improvement of RES design and universe estimation methodologies using statistical and machine learning techniques. Research, prototype, and deploy methodological enhancements, collaborate across teams, document global data science methods, mentor colleagues, and review project progress to improve quality and efficiency.

Own delivery of industry and consumer insights using NIQ data and tools. Translate data into compelling visual stories and recommendations, lead client briefings, coach junior staff, drive customer satisfaction and lead thought leadership and revenue-generation initiatives in partnership with account teams.

Lead end-to-end lease accounting under IFRS 16/ASC 842, owning lease population integrity, ROU and liability accounting, OneStream reconciliations and certification, SOX/ICFR/IPE compliance, stakeholder alignment, team leadership, issue triage, and audit readiness.

Manage assigned accounts receivable by contacting customers, reconciling disputes, supporting re-invoicing, and coordinating with Revenue/Client Service to accelerate collections. Monitor delinquency, reduce past-due balances, support cash applications and invoicing reconciliation, and maintain effective cross-functional relationships to resolve payment issues and ensure timely cash flow.

Lead end-to-end consumer insights and customized research projects, deliver client-ready reports and strategic recommendations, manage data quality and ad-hoc analyses, translate client needs into product solutions, and drive client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for new services.

Support Sales Enablement by optimizing sales funnel and opportunity management, enforcing CRM standards, managing contract renewals and approvals, ensuring CRM data quality, assisting order management/billing, rolling out global commercial standards, monitoring dashboards/KPIs, and providing ad-hoc CRM and reporting support across sales, finance, customer success, and product teams.

Visit retail outlets to count stock, collect sales and purchase data across product categories using an Android device, follow schedules, transfer accurate market-research data to Head Office, and undertake occasional short business trips.

Perform in-person field data collection across Puerto Rico: visit stores and foodservice outlets, record sales, inventory, prices and promotions using Blue Bird, collect receipts, perform product inventories, maintain merchant relationships, follow routes and schedules, and ensure proper use of company tools.

Manage top national and international FMCG accounts, build and grow customer relationships, identify cross-/up-selling opportunities, prepare pitches and offers, own revenue and budgets, run full sales process using CRM, and collaborate across teams to develop customer-specific growth plans.
