Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive, insightful, and client-ready reports that meet high standards of quality.
  • Uphold and enhance Customized Research methodologies in line with evolving client expectations and market dynamics.
  • Drive client satisfaction by delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations during project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for new or enhanced services that address client business challenges.
  • Translate client needs into tailored product solutions and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and NielsenIQ’s quality standards.
  • Participate in client planning meetings, aligning NielsenIQ offerings with client objectives.

Functional & Technical Expertise

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research techniques, tools, and industry applications.
  • Provide value-added analyses and respond to ad-hoc client requests with agility.
  • Oversee and resolve data quality issues, managing the data inquiry process effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Market Research or Data Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant technologies.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) .
  • Have experience in Marketing Research Agency is preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong initiative and project management capabilities.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, manage time independently, and adapt to extended working hours when needed.
