Own revenue delivery and commercial success for assigned NIQ Brandbank SaaS products. Support product selling through insight, collateral, client engagement, pipeline management, forecasting, and collaboration with Product, IT, and Account Management to shape strategy, pricing, and product improvements.

Support senior researchers in designing, conducting, and analyzing quantitative research projects: questionnaire preparation and testing, monitoring fieldwork, charting, writing slide summaries, client communications, project management, and independently running small projects while learning new methodologies.

Perform data coding and processing for assigned product categories, maintain documentation and KPIs, ensure data quality via checks and issue analysis, and handle client queries by coordinating with other departments.

Lead and coach an SDR team to drive pipeline by improving outbound/inbound qualification, messaging, and conversion. Build playbooks, monitor performance metrics and dashboards, ensure CRM hygiene and SLA adherence, partner with Sales/Marketing/RevOps on campaigns and handoffs, and provide ongoing coaching and enablement to increase meeting-to-opportunity conversion.

Lead financial planning and analysis activities including variance and KPI analysis, tracking actuals vs. plan/forecast/prior year, accruals/prepayments, CAPEX forecasting, purchase order/invoice review, monthly and quarterly reporting, budgeting/forecasting in SAC/OneStream, and ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management and TechOps presentations.

Design, implement, and maintain automated, reliable cloud and on‑prem infrastructure using IaC and GitOps. Build and operate Kubernetes-based platforms, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/alerting, and perform root-cause analysis to optimize performance and availability.
