Job Description

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for the commercial success of one or more NIQ Brandbank licensed (SaaS) products. This role owns revenue delivery for the assigned products and plays a key role in shaping their value proposition and go-to-market approach. Working closely with the Account Management team, the Junior Account Manager will support and enable effective product selling through insight, guidance, and commercial expertise. The role will also contribute to the development of marketing collateral, influence group-level commercial strategy, and provide input into future product and system enhancements to ensure continued market relevance and growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding to become the Subject Matter Expert for your appointed product(s), including all features and benefits
  • Collaborating with NIQ Brandbank Account Management team to support lead generation and client engagement
  • Ensuring appropriate internal and external marketing and training collateral is in place to support your product
  • Client interaction, including face to face meetings, to sell in the product and support successful deployment; this includes existing NIQ Brandbank Clients, and potentially new clients and verticals
  • Achieving Quarterly revenue targets; this will be made up of New Business, Renewal and Innovation Services revenue. Associated consumption / usage targets will also be in place to ensure client usage of your appointed products during their subscription term
  • Regular reporting on opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasting and consumption targets
  • Working with the Product and IT Teams to help develop the product, inclusive of new / improved functionality.
  • Supporting the Commercial Leads within NIQ Brandbank to help shape the product strategy – inclusive of value proposition, communication strategy, pricing and contract terms

Requirements 

  • Proven track record of managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against both personal targets and objectives
  • Demonstrable 1–3 years of sales experience
  • Good level of experience in strategic sales planning and implementation, including pipeline management
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, driven, with strong time management skills and a logical approach
  • Able to prioritize workload, with excellent attention to detail
  • General interest in FMCG, particularly the eCommerce industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong presentation abilities, and the ability to network effectively
  • Professionally presented, articulate, and a confident communicator at all levels
  • Native Hungarian speaker with working proficiency in English

Salary: Base 6 416 000 HUF to 7 800 000 HUF gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.​​

This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
