Join the Indexes New Product Development team to design, develop, validate, and launch thematic and smart-beta indexes. Collaborate with research and product teams, build portfolio construction and analytics tools using statistical and machine learning methods, explore AI implementations, and produce white papers, factsheets, and client-facing materials to support product launches.

Create, maintain, and run cash flow models (Intex, Python, proprietary platforms); analyze securitization structures and legal documents; evaluate credit profiles of ABS securities; present findings to ratings teams and senior staff; support rating committee discussions.

Design, develop, and execute automated test frameworks and test cases for Morningstar Indexes applications. Integrate automation into CI/CD, collaborate with tech and business teams on enhancements, document issues, assist in RCA, and participate in agile ceremonies. Ensure coverage across UI, backend, database, and web services.
