Serve as a strategic, technical advisor to enterprise customers, driving AI-powered workflow transformation, integrations, platform adoption, change management, and outcome-focused analytics to scale Miro across organizations.

Lead go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for Miro's Fashion vertical. Build specialized workflows and product-sales narratives, identify target accounts, close early deals, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap, represent Miro at industry events, and hire and scale a cross-functional team to grow the vertical.

Sell Miro to mid-market companies (500-3,000 employees) by owning net-new logo acquisition, managing a high-volume pipeline, applying MEDDPICC, engaging executive buyers, expanding existing accounts, and forecasting accurately using Salesforce.

Drive outbound prospecting and engage prospects via phone, email, and social to generate qualified meetings. Collaborate with sales and marketing, analyze accounts to uncover expansion opportunities, support trial user engagement, maintain CRM data accuracy, and act as a Miro product expert to address customer pain points and build pipeline.

Lead cloud network reliability and automation across AWS: design and maintain IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, load balancers, CloudFront and Cloud WAN, implement observability and governance, participate in incident rotation, and drive cross-functional infrastructure improvements.

Lead and grow global Customer Success teams across Americas and Japan/APAC, partner with Sales and Services to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and KPIs; manage enterprise accounts and executive relationships; forecast revenue/health and shape CS strategy and culture.

The Brand Marketing Group Manager will lead brand initiatives, ensure consistency in messaging, and manage marketing strategies to strengthen the brand's presence.

Manage full sales cycle to land new customers and expand within 500–3,000 employee accounts.
