Support AMER GTM by partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. Provide complex pricing models, build scalable automations across CRM and productivity tools, drive data quality and process improvements, and deliver quantitative analyses and actionable insights for leadership.

Lead AI-powered sales enablement for EMEA: design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows; run onboarding and continuous learning programs; use Gong and performance data to identify gaps and measure ROI; influence senior stakeholders and expand enablement for new business lines like Mirakl Ads and Connect.

Provide executive support to the CRO and CMO (calendars, travel, expenses, communications), support Sales & Marketing operations (meetings, POs, vendor liaison), own end-to-end event logistics, manage confidential information, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

Define and execute the Financial Services product roadmap (payments, lending, embedded banking). Identify and prioritize features, run market and product analysis, collect customer feedback, manage backlog, and champion AI-native product practices. Collaborate with engineering, legal, data science, design, marketing and recruitment to launch viable solutions and grow Mirakl's financial services offerings.
