Own the full enterprise sales cycle for brands in the UK & Nordics, build and execute regional go-to-market strategy, establish C-suite relationships, close complex high-value deals, and partner with Client Success to ensure long-term account growth and expansion of Mirakl Connect.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for ~400 France employees: payroll preparation and closings, personnel administration, benefits, onboarding/internal mobility/offboarding, produce HR documents, support managers and employees, and coordinate with external payroll provider and Finance to ensure compliance and excellent employee experience.

Drive new customer acquisition for Mirakl Ads across AMER by owning quota, executing a repeatable go-to-market strategy, and managing a 5–9 month enterprise sales cycle. Build senior relationships, position Mirakl as a retail media advisor, develop business cases, coordinate technical validation and negotiations, grow pipeline, and partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding post-signature.

Lead customer, partner, and influencer marketing across AMER. Build and scale advocacy programs, run co-marketing and GTM launches, manage partner relationships and events, amplify customer voices through case studies, PR, and speaking, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Alliances, and Product to drive awareness, advocacy, and pipeline acceleration.

Provide legal counsel on AI and technology transactions while designing and deploying AI agents and automation to streamline legal workflows. Lead legal operations transformation, advise on procurement and integration of AI tools, set policies/guardrails, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver AI and compliance training across the organization.

Manage accounts receivable activities: maintain customer master data, process and reconcile sales orders, invoices, and payments, support month-end revenue recognition, assist tax filings, monitor aging, resolve AR queries, and improve AR processes using AI tools.

Lead AMER Mirakl Ads sales: build and coach a sales team, define go-to-market strategy, drive new client acquisition and upsell, foster C-suite relationships, support major deals, and deliver revenue forecasts.

Sell Mirakl Ads across EMEA by owning full enterprise sales cycles (5–9 months), building retailer-level relationships, developing GTM strategies, growing pipeline, partnering with solutions engineering/product/legal, and advising clients on retail media monetisation and advertiser ROI.

Lead product operations for Mirakl's Global Product org: own product analytics, build the customer feedback intake pipeline, centralize roadmap visibility, maintain product tooling governance, and design internal AI agents and automation to remove manual PM work and enable cross-functional teams.
