Leads and develops a team of senior product designers while remaining hands-on with complex design challenges. Sets design vision and craft standards, ships high-impact consumer product experiences, partners with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders, and owns hiring, team composition, critique practices, and design quality. The role requires translating ambiguous business problems into clear design direction and using AI in exploration, prototyping, communication, and creation.

Own Linktree’s product-led acquisition strategy, including profile-to-signup journeys, SEO, referrals, organic growth loops, landing pages, and zero-to-one acquisition products. Lead funnel analysis and experimentation to increase qualified traffic, signup conversion, referrals, and new-user growth. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, SEO, Lifecycle, Activation, and executives to build measurable, scalable acquisition systems and communicate strategy and results.

Own FP&A across management accounts, P&Ls, headcount and compensation modeling, budgeting, reforecasting, month-end reporting, NetSuite improvements, strategic scenario modeling, and investor reporting. Partner with leaders across the business to explain performance, guide investment decisions, and improve financial processes in a high-growth technology environment.

Own Linktree’s AI operations platform, including pipelines, model and prompt versioning, evaluations, monitoring, rollback, cost, latency, and reliability. Drive internal AI adoption across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support through tooling and agent workflows. Establish practical governance for data handling and vendor risk, make build-versus-buy decisions, align AI investment with business priorities, and mentor engineers and analysts.

Build and iterate growth experiments, onboarding flows, promotions, and re-engagement campaigns. Design and integrate services/APIs and cloud infrastructure, instrument and analyze product data, apply AI where useful, improve system reliability, and mentor peers to drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Own strategy and roadmap for Linktree's native iOS and Android apps. Define mobile metrics, run experiments, translate user research and data into a prioritized roadmap, and partner with design, engineering, data, and stakeholders to ship mobile-native features that grow business contribution.

The Staff AI Engineer will build, deploy, and maintain AI applications, manage data pipelines, and lead technical designs while mentoring engineers.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll build AI agents and experiences from concept to production, collaborating across teams and optimizing systems for usability and quality.

Own measurement and learning for Linktrees content program: synthesize cross-channel performance, audience signals, search and competitive intelligence; design tests and pilots; partner with Data Science to request analyses and dashboards; translate findings into clear recommendations and stories for Social, Editorial, Comms, Growth, and product teams.

Lead end-to-end product design for a core surface: frame ambiguous problems, set direction, ship high‑craft interaction and visual designs, prototype to production fidelity, partner cross‑functionally, lift design standards, and advance AI‑enabled design practices and design systems.
