Collaborate on code reviews, perform root-cause analyses, write unit and integration tests, document architectures and APIs, translate requirements into working code, assist in planning and estimation, and suggest design improvements.

Lead client implementations of Clearwater's SaaS platform, providing deep domain expertise in investment accounting and reporting (e.g., Solvency II, derivatives, alternatives). Collaborate with product and development to improve onboarding, create SOPs and training, advise stakeholders, and streamline delivery using PM and GL systems.

Lead and manage an implementation team onboarding new clients, ensuring performance management, training, escalation handling, cross-team handovers, process improvements, and coordination across global delivery and operations.
