Own 2-3 named enterprise accounts and 2-3 prospects in the NYC Metro area; develop account plans, engage C-suite executives, leverage Dynatrace, hyperscalers, and sales engineering to close and expand enterprise deals using MEDDPIC, drive adoption, and ensure successful implementations.

The Cloud Native Specialist will support technical discovery, execute PoCs for cloud-native solutions, and integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines while acting as a Kubernetes expert.

Help new Dynatrace customers adopt Digital Experience capabilities (Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, Session Replay). Lead technical engagements for major enterprise accounts: architect observability, AIOps, and security solutions; run PoVs/POCs; present to C-suite; support sales and partners; evangelize at events; and provide product feedback to improve market fit.

Lead GTM strategy for AI products, drive sales implementation and adoption, define KPIs/OKRs, enable teams with agentic AI workflows, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders.

The Cloud Native Specialist acts as a technical expert on Kubernetes and multi-cloud strategies, leading POCs, integrating Dynatrace into CI/CD practices, and advocating for cloud-native observability solutions.

Manage named accounts to preserve and grow SaaS/Managed subscription renewals for Digital Experience Management. Drive adoption via technical enablement, training, and project planning; own renewal strategy; conduct proactive account reviews; coordinate with sales; escalate critical issues; identify growth opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Sell Dynatrace to enterprise customers across Southern California, focusing on new-logo acquisition and land-and-expand motions. Manage a 40-account territory (0-2 customers, 35-40 prospects), engage C-level stakeholders, run demos and in-market initiatives, collaborate with sales engineering and partners, and ensure successful customer implementations and expansion.

Lead and scale strategic AI infrastructure partnerships to embed Dynatrace as the default observability layer for GPU-accelerated AI workloads. Own partner strategy, executive relationships, alliance agreements, joint GTM/co-sell motions, pipeline targets, joint product roadmap, and partner enablement to drive partner-influenced revenue and customer wins.

Sell Dynatrace to enterprise customers through a land-and-expand approach. Own a 40-account territory (0–2 customers, 35–40 prospects), drive new-logo acquisition, engage VP/C-level stakeholders, run product demos and market initiatives, coordinate with sales engineering, marketing, legal and finance, and ensure successful implementations and upsell opportunities.
