Lead and scale strategic AI infrastructure partnerships to embed Dynatrace as the default observability layer for GPU-accelerated AI workloads. Own partner strategy, executive relationships, alliance agreements, joint GTM/co-sell motions, pipeline targets, joint product roadmap, and partner enablement to drive partner-influenced revenue and customer wins.

Owns a portfolio of customer-domain data products supporting Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. Leads data maturity projects, roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, data mart and metric design, quality and governance, privacy, adoption, and stakeholder alignment. The role bridges business and analytics engineering teams, guiding technical delivery and ensuring reliable, discoverable, and valuable data products.

Owns the full sales cycle for a defined commercial territory, including prospecting, account targeting, discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution positioning, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing. Builds relationships with IT and business stakeholders, expands existing customer usage, creates territory go-to-market plans, maintains Salesforce pipeline accuracy, and consistently works toward exceeding quota.

Owns a portfolio of customer-domain data products across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. Leads data maturity projects, shapes roadmaps, defines metrics and data requirements, guides data mart architecture, and partners with analytics engineering teams. Drives data quality, governance, privacy, discoverability, adoption, and stakeholder alignment while translating business problems into buildable solutions. Requires strong product ownership, technical-business communication, data modeling, BI, governance, and customer or GTM domain expertise.

Build and maintain React + TypeScript interfaces for AI agents, implement robust real-time streaming UI states, surface agent progress and failures, ensure frontend quality with typed API clients and testing, and contribute to backend/API work in Go and Python while driving architecture and monitoring with Dynatrace.

Provide deep customer-facing technical expertise for Dynatrace mainframe environments: troubleshoot high-impact z/OS issues (CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ), analyze dumps/traces, consult on architecture and deployment, collaborate with Product/R&D, run workshops and mentor support engineers.

Support sales by delivering technical demos, managing POCs, responding to RFIs/RFPs, advising on cloud and observability architectures, engaging customers and partners, and driving technical aspects of the sales cycle.

Partner with strategic account AEs to deliver demos, manage POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, present to executives, support partners, and provide technical guidance across discovery, evaluation, and proposal stages. Travel up to 30%.

Lead APAC field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline, revenue, account engagement and brand awareness. Manage and develop regional field marketing managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, oversee budgets, use analytics to measure performance, and balance global strategy with hands-on local execution. Travel within APAC up to 30%.

Drive new-logo enterprise sales with a land-and-expand approach across a regional territory. Manage 0–2 existing accounts and outreach to ~35–40 prospects, build executive relationships, run demos/events, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementations to grow usage and revenue.
