The APAC Field Marketing Director leads regional marketing strategy and execution across key APAC markets as the company continues to scale investment and coverage in the region. This role connects global corporate priorities with local market needs to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, enterprise and strategic account engagement, and brand awareness. The Director leads a regional field marketing team and works closely with Sales, SDR, Corporate Marketing, Partners, Operations, Customer Success and Finance to ensure alignment, disciplined execution and measurable business impact.
Leadership and Management Scope
- Manage regional marketing managers across main markets in APAC.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, enablement, retention, performance management and career development for the APAC field marketing organisation.
- Develop, inspire and coach the field marketing team to deliver against regional goals while building the capabilities required for scale.
- Establish a clear operating cadence, coordinate priorities and ensure the regional team structure remains aligned to business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in enterprise technology, SaaS or emerging technology environments.
- Experience leading regional or global marketing teams across multi-country markets.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams to achieve shared pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience engaging C-suite executives, technical stakeholders, partners and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets and using data and analytics to evaluate performance and make informed decisions.
