Apply cloud-native engineering practices and AI-assisted observability to enable scalable, autonomous platform operations.

Architects AI-first documentation for Dynatrace’s observability, security, and AI platform. Defines content models, taxonomies, metadata, lifecycle, and chunking strategies optimized for people and AI consumers. Curates AI-generated and peer content, designs prompts and reusable agent templates, partners with technical stakeholders, scopes knowledge projects, improves authoring standards, and mentors writers. Works in a docs-as-code environment using Markdown, Git, Jira, VS Code, and agentic tooling.
