Develop and maintain scalable server-side software for Druva’s cloud platform using Golang and AWS services. Responsibilities include designing modules, writing technical documentation, solving complex problems, maintaining and refactoring code, implementing tests, collaborating with product teams, following Agile and code-review practices, and mentoring engineers. The role requires experience with cloud technologies, microservices, containerization, databases, authentication, authorization, scalable application design, and automated testing.

Analyze complex, multi-source data to address business issues across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Renewals. Build dashboards and reports, translate business questions into data specifications, identify process improvements, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The role also supports automation, workflow enhancements, business recommendations, and collaboration with technical BI teams in a SaaS environment.

Leads Druva’s brand and creative direction across campaigns, digital experiences, video, motion, events, product marketing, and executive storytelling. Manages and mentors an in-house multidisciplinary creative team, establishes AI-forward creative workflows, oversees brand guidelines and design systems, manages agencies and budgets, and translates complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives. The role is hands-on and based at the Santa Clara headquarters on a hybrid schedule.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts within State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED). Manage territory, pipeline, forecasts, and partner relationships for Druva's cloud-native data protection and resilience solutions. Lead sales campaigns, communicate value propositions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with partners and travel up to 25% as needed.

Lead quality engineering for distributed, cloud-based backup systems. Design scalable automation frameworks, develop test strategies, perform white-box and black-box testing, validate deployments, and improve security, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with developers on feature design, manage QA cycles and metrics, triage defects, evaluate AI-assisted testing tools, optimize test infrastructure costs, and mentor SDET team members.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain backend server-side components for global-scale distributed SaaS applications. Optimize performance, responsiveness, databases, and cloud systems while contributing to end-to-end feature development. Mentor engineers through code and design reviews, collaborate across teams, integrate third-party APIs, and apply strong engineering judgment around security, correctness, scalability, and maintainability.

Design, implement, and maintain Enterprise Workload backup and archival software. Lead full software development lifecycle, deliver end-to-end features, review and mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Druva’s SaaS applications product line. Engage customers and sales teams through demos, roadmap presentations, feedback, and escalations. Define product requirements, analyze business metrics and telemetry, drive adoption and go-to-market initiatives, support analyst relations, enable sales teams, identify growth opportunities, and mentor junior product managers.

Own the LATAM territory by prospecting, closing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities. Build executive relationships with IT and security leaders, lead consultative discovery and product demonstrations, maintain accurate forecasts, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Customer Success, channel partners, and internal teams throughout the sales lifecycle.
