Own internal communications strategy for the People Success organization, advising the Chief People Officer and senior leaders on high-stakes messaging. Develop executive communications, town hall content, announcements, FAQs, editorial calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks. Coordinate with internal communications and cross-functional teams, translate People programs into compelling employee messaging, and use employee insights and responsible generative AI workflows to improve communication effectiveness and efficiency.

Build scalable capabilities using Envoy, Istio, Ambient Mesh, and SPIFFE; improve routing latency, reliability, and performance; enhance developer tooling with responsible AI; and collaborate with security, reliability, and observability teams to resolve complex distributed-systems issues.

Manages the full lifecycle of global bank accounts, including openings, maintenance, and closures. Administers user access provisioning and de-provisioning for banking platforms, performs KYC reviews, gathers compliance documentation, and maintains audit trails. It also supports regulatory reporting and communications with Coinbase Derivatives leadership, the board, and oversight committees while using generative AI responsibly under human oversight.

Handles high-volume, real-time customer support across X, Instagram, and Facebook. Resolves inbound DMs, authenticates users, troubleshoots issues, drafts moderated public replies, escalates sensitive cases, educates customers on Coinbase products and cryptocurrency, and prioritizes social support volume using dashboards and SLAs. The role operates on a 24/7 roster and uses social engagement, ticketing, and AI-powered support tools.

Manage Coinbase Singapore’s MAS capital markets licensing and regulatory compliance program. Responsibilities include coordinating CMS license submissions, maintaining Singapore-specific policies and controls, strengthening AML/CFT and sanctions frameworks, preparing governance and regulatory materials, tracking remediation actions, supporting inspections, and delivering compliance training. The role requires extensive MAS/SFA expertise, strong program management, senior stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations.

Serve as the financial systems subject matter expert for Zip, NetSuite, Navan, and related enterprise applications. Translate finance requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, integrations, automations, and reporting solutions. Administer platforms, troubleshoot production issues, lead testing, create technical documentation, support month-end transformation, and train users.
