Lead engineering of an AI-native finance automation platform: design LLM-based agents and multi-agent orchestration, integrate with NetSuite/Workday/Anaplan, ensure SOX-compliant traceability and human-in-the-loop controls, and partner with FP&A/Treasury to translate spreadsheet workflows into production systems.

Provide commercial legal support for Coinbases institutional products across UK and international markets. Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data models and pipelines to support CX operations, compliance reporting, and customer insights. Lead QA reviews of transaction monitoring investigations, run calibration and training, perform root cause analysis, produce dashboards and metrics, partner with compliance and operations on remediation, and present findings to senior stakeholders to improve AML/CFT processes and investigator quality.

Lead a multidisciplinary product creative team to define and maintain Coinbase's in-app visual identity. Own creative direction for product launches, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, evolve design language and systems, and hire and mentor visual, motion, and illustration designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact consumer product experiences.
