Design, scale, and maintain Salesforce Flow and orchestration workflows to automate seller, recruiter, and ops tasks. Implement Agentforce and AI-driven next-best-action processes, build repeatable automation frameworks across service lines, identify data quality gaps, create SLA triggers/escalations, run experiments, and maintain documentation and governance.

Owns the operating model and execution strategy for an assigned go-to-market motion. Partners with Sales Leadership on campaigns, messaging, target accounts, partner initiatives, and pipeline generation. Leads GTM team operations, KPIs, onboarding, coaching, and capability development. Builds playbooks, workflows, qualification criteria, and training materials while leveraging market intelligence, automation, AI tools, and digital agents. Analyzes performance and market feedback to improve targeting, productivity, and commercial outcomes.

Identify and engage potential clients remotely, drive sales from lead generation to contract closure, and exceed performance metrics while nurturing existing accounts.

Execute personalized outbound outreach using CRM tools, log and tag communications, coordinate messaging with Client Partners, maintain CRM data integrity, document workflows for automation, submit personalization patterns for marketing automation, and provide bi-weekly friction reports identifying manual tasks ready for automation.

Partner with stakeholders to gather AI requirements, govern and administer enterprise AI platforms (GPT, Claude, Fathom, Gamma), manage Agent Skills, handle user provisioning and license administration, monitor usage and compliance, deliver training and enablement, and continuously improve AI administration processes.
