The Engineering Manager will lead an engineering team, focusing on technical leadership, coding, architecture, and enhancing user experience through collaboration and agile methodologies.

Owns strategy, standards, research, analytics, experimentation, prototyping, and change management across web and mobile. Partners with product, ops, and engineering to prioritize experience improvements, track adoption, and embed design thinking into a Center of Excellence.
