The Role
The communications coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications messaging and programs, executing channel content, and maintaining team workflow strategies.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Collaborate with the Communications team to complete communication requests including copywriting and graphic design
- Organize and execute content across all channels simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy, according to plan, by deadline
- Adhere to Communication team practices, brand guidelines, and company voice
- Coordinate and support community engagement programs and company events, as needed
- Assist in project management on our PMS monday.com
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, advertising or related field
- Direct experience working in workflow management and content creation for a company, brand, or agency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and use of AP style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to set and meet goals
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
