Builds scalable promotional processes for expansion into new markets.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for AI-powered products and intelligent workflows across customer, store, franchisee, and enterprise experiences. Partners with engineering, architecture, data science, UX, and business teams to prioritize use cases, define success metrics, develop technical requirements, evaluate AI performance, and deliver pilots and MVPs. Advocates for users, communicates technical concepts, resolves impediments, and establishes responsible AI and product governance practices.

Lead engineering team building and operating forecourt/dispenser software and integrations. Own architecture, cloud-connected AWS serverless patterns, security (Secure Boot, TPM2, LUKS, PCI/P2PE), device-to-cloud resiliency, vendor engagement, automation-first tooling, and mentoring across embedded Linux, Java/Python/Node.js, and CI/CD pipelines.
