Uses Argus and Excel to underwrite opportunities, maintain comparable databases, review leases and property financials, and assess capital projects. Supports development activities including entitlements, financing, design, contracting, and construction management, while preparing presentations and proposals.

Leads global public relations strategy and execution, including corporate announcements, media outreach, executive positioning, press office operations, media monitoring, reporting, and analytics. Builds journalist relationships, manages media inquiries, supports leadership communications, and collaborates across global communications, marketing, social media, events, and thought leadership teams. Uses Meltwater, Monday.com, and ChatGPT to improve PR workflows and measure media performance.
