In close partnership with the business, the Director – Talent Development will design and drive the overall learning and development curriculum, standards and strategy while delivering practical solutions that improve how employees lead, collaborate and perform. The Director – Talent Development will leverage Hines’ global canvas and expertise to methodically drive a culture of continuous learning and performance that strategically aligns with workforce planning and other talent initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Translate business needs into global talent and development strategies that strengthen leadership, careers, succession and continuous learning.
Partner with business and HR leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable learning and talent solutions aligned with business priorities.
Modernize learning approaches and technology, including AI enablement, to build capabilities, improve the learner experience and drive adoption.
Lead instructional design, facilitation and blended learning solutions for diverse, global audiences.
Establish metrics to measure effectiveness, business impact and adoption and continuously improve programs and investments.
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage external partners, vendors and consultants.
Oversee learning content, resources and LMS administration.
Lead and develop the Talent Development team and manage annual budgets and investments.

Minimum Requirements Include:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field from an accredited institution; Master’s degree preferred
Ten or more years of demonstrated experience in advancing Talent and Development initiatives and programs within a global organization; seven or more years of managerial experience
Strategic, business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate talent and learning needs into practical solutions.
Strong relationship-building, influencing and executive communication skills across diverse, global audiences.
Strong project, program and change management skills with disciplined execution.
Expertise in adult learning, leadership development, behavior change and modern capability-building approaches.
Working knowledge of AI and its workplace applications and adoption.
Global mindset with strong cultural agility and adaptability.
