Initiates sales, takes orders, manages assigned product lines, coordinates purchasing, pricing, inventory, promotions, customer deliveries, and vendor inquiries. Supports outside sales staff and product managers, communicates customer needs, monitors market trends, develops marketing programs, and leads sales support staff while maintaining safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

Initiates sales, processes orders, manages assigned products, selects vendors, supports purchasing and pricing, monitors inventory, promotes products, and communicates with customers and vendors. Oversee company-wide credit operations, customer credit evaluations, credit limits, portfolio risk, accounts receivable metrics, collections, credit insurance, compliance, and audit readiness. Approve payment plans, settlements, and write-offs; coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Purchasing; manage agency relationships; and lead regional credit managers and support staff.

Manage yard, warehouse, trucking, maintenance, and safety programs. Oversee order fulfillment, will-call, loading, transportation, carrier negotiations, DOT compliance, inventory control, receiving, storage design, loss control, and staff training. Ensure OSHA compliance, housekeeping, and continuous process improvement.

Provides user support and software troubleshooting for Agility Software and Windows applications. Responsibilities include online and telephone support, documenting issues, writing SOPs and training materials, testing software fixes and new releases, conducting remote and on-site training, and assisting with application installations. Requires 5%–25% annual travel to distribution centers and occasional night or weekend work for database management and software releases.

Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation and proofreading, phone and email inquiries, accounts payable, scanning and verifying system information, ordering office supplies, and general office coordination. Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Perform outside sales and marketing for millwork and building material dealer accounts across an assigned territory. Quote prices, present products, develop sales strategies and promotions, resolve customer issues, support merchandising and vendor promotions, provide training, perform occasional job site visits, and manage territory profitability while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Provide administrative and accounting support including invoicing, credit memos, payables processing, inventory and billing troubleshooting, account reconciliations, document preparation, data entry, and office supply management while supporting internal and external customer needs.

Manages millwork products and dealer accounts through outside sales, pricing, quoting, customer support, product promotions, vendor negotiations, inventory replenishment, and merchandising. Develops sales and buy-and-sell strategies, maintains customer and vendor relationships, evaluates market and competitor opportunities, monitors product performance and rebates, and supports quotes, training, presentations, and warehouse operations across an assigned territory.
