Serve as a subject matter expert on OneDigital's investment platform, collaborate with advisors and national teams, implement and manage portfolios (rebalancing, trade oversight), develop customized portfolio proposals and client-ready deliverables, lead presentations and performance reporting, contribute to marketing and business development, and cultivate long-term advisor relationships.

Manage an assigned book of benefits business as the primary client contact. Oversee renewals, delegate to internal service teams, conduct needs analyses and enrollment meetings, advise on cost reduction and benefits strategy, assist with filings, grow business through cross-sales, and lead service delivery for complex accounts.

Deliver financial education and workplace wellness programs to plan participants and sponsors, coordinate referrals to wealth advisors, track engagement and outcomes in CRM, collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams, and travel frequently to local sites to execute regional goals.

Develop and maintain client relationships to provide wealth management and financial planning advice. Conduct retirement participant education, qualify leads, support business development and proposals, collaborate with portfolio and service teams, and meet sales goals while ensuring solutions align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.

Manage end-to-end revenue accounting for acquired entities, partner with Finance Integrations to transition systems, reconcile revenue and commissions, prepare monthly AR files and adjustments, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, document processes and controls, and support cross-functional integration and close activities.

Lead analytics for employee benefits and pharmacy cost management: gather, manipulate, and analyze claims data; develop predictive models and BI dashboards; manage deliverables and a team; support RFPs, contract evaluations, client reporting, and present findings to leadership. Provide actuarial certification if qualified.

Own the sales technology strategy and roadmap, integrating tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach, Seismic, intent platforms, AI) into seller workflows. Drive adoption, measure ROI, align sales and marketing data, lead vendor negotiations, and manage a Sales Technology Manager. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, and L&D to operationalize AI-enabled selling and link technology adoption to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Provide HR consulting and client support on compliance, leaves, worker's compensation, and employee relations. Interpret client contracts, track billable work, manage client relationships, conduct HR assessments, monitor compliance communications, develop and deliver training, and perform related duties. Local and occasional overnight travel may be required.

Provide client-focused payroll and system support for assigned accounts: handle phone queue, troubleshoot inquiries, perform payroll data entry, educate clients on system use, document interactions in CRM, and coordinate cross-departmentally to improve processes.

Manage acquisition integration and platform conversions for wealth management firms, translating investment recommendations into implementation plans. Coordinate across advisors, trading, custodians, operations, and technology to execute migrations, maintain platform administration, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements and reporting.
