Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into workforce, talent, organizational effectiveness, and change strategies. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and transformation initiatives. Uses workforce data and talent analytics to guide decisions, coaches leaders, advises on complex employee relations matters, and partners with HR centers of excellence. Translates stakeholder requirements into maintainable applications, troubleshoots application, workflow, permissions, and data issues, and supports testing, deployment, documentation, governance, and production operations. May use PowerShell and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems.

Manage complex, interconnected programs and lead project managers across scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, procurement, vendors, and stakeholders. Align program objectives with strategic goals, oversee budgets and deadlines, resolve high-level issues, evaluate performance, support business development, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires extensive maritime systems experience, project management expertise, and Top Secret clearance.

Designs and develops instructor-led, web-based, virtual, and multimedia training for government and other audiences. Conducts needs and gap analyses, translates technical knowledge into learning objectives and materials, manages multiple learning projects, administers LMS content, supports training delivery, and evaluates learning effectiveness. Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts while ensuring compliance with government accreditation and agency requirements.

Owns the Product Data Management platform and digital parts library, including administration, workflows, integrations, data governance, security, compliance, performance, and user support. Manages engineering change processes, CAD and BOM data integrity, cloud and infrastructure coordination, and continuous improvement. Leads PDM administrators and component specialists while collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, IT, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

Coordinates personnel allocation, readiness, travel, training, certifications, immigration, deployment documentation, equipment maintenance, inventory, audits, and operational support for offshore activities. Communicates with business groups to ensure parts, tools, and system needs are met, assists with non-conformance closure, supports personnel mobilization, and organizes operational excellence initiatives. The role requires occasional site visits, travel, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Supports cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and assurance programs. Develops security policies and frameworks, conducts risk assessments, coordinates remediation, and leads audit and questionnaire responses. Reviews cloud, system, and OT architectures; manages documentation, evidence, vulnerability tracking, and third-party risk. Supports incident response, data protection, security awareness, and project security requirements while ensuring compliance with NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP, ITAR, EAR, and other regulations.

Develops and maintains asset integrity management frameworks, risk-based inspection studies, inspection strategies, and pressure-system integrity programs. Reviews NDE, corrosion, and inspection data; identifies degradation mechanisms and failure risks; recommends mitigation, maintenance, and monitoring actions; and governs corrective actions during projects and construction. Maintains integrity records and supports technical proposals, resource planning, and project risk assessments. Requires site visits and experience in integrity, inspection, or corrosion engineering, preferably in pipeline or offshore environments.

Supports information and records management by administering SharePoint systems, maintaining document libraries and workflows, tracking record lifecycles, enforcing retention requirements, and assisting with legal holds and controlled-document processes. The role provides internal customer support, coordinates with Legal, Compliance, and IT, implements system configuration changes, and drives process automation and continuous improvement using Power Automate and Power Apps.
