Assess and document the client's Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID environments, identify configuration and operational gaps, run data-gathering using PowerShell and tools (SailPoint, ADUC, ManageEngine, StealthAUDIT), prioritize risks, provide remediation recommendations, estimate resources/skills/budget, and support domain consolidation and identity governance migration to Microsoft Purview.

Assess and document the client's Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID environments, run PowerShell and tooling-based data collection, identify configuration and operational gaps, prioritize risks, and provide remediation recommendations, resource/skill estimates, and budget inputs for domain consolidation and identity infrastructure improvements.

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint ISC solutions, mentoring the team and ensuring secure integrations across systems.

Lead enterprise new-logo sales across Canada for IAM and cybersecurity services. Develop strategic plans, build pipelines with Fortune 1000 accounts, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engage C-level executives, partner with internal teams to craft proposals, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint ISC solutions, mentor team members, ensure secure integrations, and troubleshoot performance issues.
