Process and input payroll data for assigned clients, including new hires, changes, and terminations. Ensure data integrity and compliance, produce payroll checks, invoices and reports, coordinate with Finance for funds and wire documentation, and train with the payroll team under supervision.

Sell Insperity HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses. Build relationships and networks, call on business owners virtually and in person, meet sales targets, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate new-client onboarding to ensure long-term client success and residual revenue.

Sell Insperity's Traditional Employment Workforce Solutions to midmarket organizations. Build and manage a sales pipeline, prospect and close new customers, collaborate with internal teams, forecast and track sales activities, and educate prospects on product benefits and business value to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
