This position serves as a change activation and adoption professional within the Change Management Office (CMO), supporting successful implementation of enterprise initiatives by accelerating organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, behavioral adoption, and sustained organizational change.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes change management strategies, plans, and activities that support organizational adoption and achievement of business outcomes.
  • Reinforces desired behaviors, processes, tools, and organizational expectations.
  • Supports implementation activities that drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and utilization.
  • Partners with leaders to identify stakeholder concerns, organizational impacts, and adoption barriers..
  • Promotes awareness and understanding of initiative goals, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Supports transition activities that facilitate successful adoption and sustainment.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conducts stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement activities.
  • Facilitates employee listening sessions, focus groups, workshops, and feedback discussions.
  • Builds collaborative relationships across business functions and stakeholder groups.
  • Assists leaders in identifying stakeholder concerns and adoption barriers.
  • Supports sponsorship and engagement activities designed to strengthen organizational commitment.
  • Escalates emerging stakeholder risks and concerns to change leadership.

Organizational Readiness Support

  • Conducts organizational readiness assessments and monitors readiness indicators identify adoptions risks and implementation challenges.
  • Collects readiness feedback and stakeholder insights.
  • Monitors organizational readiness indicators and trends.
  • Develops and executes readiness action plans to address identified adoption risks and organizational barriers.
  • Identifies organizational risks, dependencies, and barriers that may impact adoption and implementation success.
  • Contributes to mitigation planning efforts.

Training & Learning

  • Supports training planning, coordination, and readiness activities.
  • Assists in the development and delivery of training materials, learning resources, and reinforcement tools.
  • Coordinates training logistics and participant communications.
  • Collects participant feedback and training effectiveness data.
  • Supports post-training reinforcement and sustainment activities.
  • Assists leaders in identifying learning and capability development needs.

Adoption Measurement & Reporting

  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative adoption data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities of improvement.
  • Supports readiness, engagement, and adoption reporting activities.
  • Monitors adoption trends and identifies emerging concerns.
  • Escalates adoption risks and implementation barriers.
  • Analyzes adoption, readiness, and engagement data to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts.

Change Capability Development

  • Develops, maintains, and enhances enterprise change management tools, templates, standards, and best practices.
  • Promotes consistent adoption of enterprise change management practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement and maturity of organizational change management capabilities.
  • Shares lessons learned and best practices across initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Five or more years of experience supporting organizational change, employee engagement, communications, training, project support, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives preferred.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams preferred.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and engagement activities preferred.
  • Familiarity with organizational change methodologies preferred.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Familiarity with organizational change methodologies preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and active listening skills.
  • Ability to identify organizational risks and adoption barriers.
  • Knowledge of organizational change principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, communications, training, and adoption measurement principles.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve adoption outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.

Insperity provides a reasonable compensation range for each posted role in accordance with applicable pay‑transparency laws. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of job‑related factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
