Supervise a team of Project Managers/Coordinators within the PMO, ensuring SOP and data compliance, monitoring project portfolios, coaching and performance-managing team members, enforcing accurate time entry, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and reporting team metrics to drive process improvements and successful customer implementations.

Coordinate customer security questionnaires and RFPs across Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience. Maintain response libraries and compliance documentation, support SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA, FedRAMP/TX-RAMP audits, obtain evidence for continuous monitoring, track deadlines, and streamline compliance-related processes.

Improve reliability and performance, build CI/CD and IaC with Terraform, manage containers (ECS/EKS), monitor with observability tools, participate in on-call rotations, run incident response and root cause analysis, and advise engineering teams on SRE best practices.

Manage and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, renewals, and high Net Revenue Retention. Serve as escalation lead, conduct executive/business reviews, support account risk remediation, establish governance and best practices, report on team KPIs, handle HR responsibilities, and support CX and corporate initiatives.
