Performs P&ID review, network and Aspentech IP21 maintenance, supports maintenance and projects, develops alarm management and APC, creates cost estimates, participates in PHAs/LOPAs, and provides on-site startup and troubleshooting support.

The Process/Production Engineer oversees safety, quality, and environmental standards in production, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance while leading a team and collaborating with other departments.

Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and efficiency. Partner with engineering, operations, IT, and manufacturing to identify automation and AI opportunities. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders; perform feasibility studies; troubleshoot and support implementations; and provide technical guidance and training to plant teams.
