The Lead Operator oversees production output and quality, assists operators in packaging, and fills in as Supervisor when needed. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adjusting machinery settings, ensuring safety, and training others.

The Senior Accountant oversees plant accounting functions, focusing on financial statement variance analysis and accounting controls. Responsibilities include managing P&L, preparing financial statements, coordinating cross-department activities, conducting month-end close duties, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and facilitating audits.
