Maintain schedules, budgets, resources, and risks; drive scope, change requests, and milestone delivery. Communicate status to stakeholders and leadership, apply financial management, support Agile practices, and ensure cross-project alignment and quality through risk and change management.

Design and execute UX/UI strategy for the Power & Motion business. Create user journeys, flows, wireframes and use cases. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, contribute to research and translate insights into design improvements, and share knowledge across the team.

Build and maintain secure full-stack customer/distributor portals with strong UI expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud. Implement IAM integrations (Okta/Auth0/Azure AD), responsive accessible AEM components, Adobe Target/Analytics, REST APIs, CI/CD and Azure container deployments while collaborating with UX, Sales Ops and IT.

Lead product compliance for new product introductions and existing products, managing certification, regulatory analysis, cross-functional projects, supplier alignment, and documentation to ensure electrical safety, EMC, hazardous substance management, energy efficiency, and end-of-life obligations. Interface with standards bodies and influence design, processes, and stakeholders to meet certification and regulatory requirements.

Design, implement, and commission advanced analytics and model predictive control (MPC) applications to improve product quality, capacity, and energy usage. Perform process assessment, data analysis, mathematical modeling, system integration, hardware support, commissioning, and customer-facing support. Provide application health checks, support sales and market development activities, document best practices, and maintain billable utilization. Travel up to 50% and comply with customer safety requirements.
