Job Description

EPC Account Manager

As an EPC Account Manager, you will drive strategic growth and achieving the AOP targets across a defined portfolio of (EPC) accounts in the Western region. The EPCs represent a high-priority growth segment for our organization, and this role is important to reshaping our engagement model through an outcome-based approach and unique value propositions. Also, would focus on Large Project Pursuits with complexity handling, program management, drive value strategy , create attachments and build large deals.

You will report to the Sales Leader – EPC & Hunters and work onsite in Mumbai, India.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver AOP targets for assigned EPC accounts in the region.
  • Leadership for Large Project Pursuits: Take ownership of large project pursuits by anchoring the role of program manager, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and departments. Promote execution excellence with successful outcomes.
  • Lead strategic selling initiatives on Digital, Cyber, AI with a balance of assertiveness and consultative engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including end-user, OEM, domain experts, industry and operations to lead account success.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions tailored to EPC customer needs.
  • Build and Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with important partners across EPC organisations. CXO connects.
  • Champion customer-centric strategies and lead from the front in high-impact engagements.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead account expansion through solutions.
  • Drive Secure Digital Operation building through EPCs.
  • Out of the box thinking, deep customer insights and relate those intelligence to our initiatives for delivering customer-centric outcomes .

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of automation systems, control solutions, and digital transformation technologies. Industry Knowledge: Oil & Gas, Heavy Industries, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Infrastructure.
  • Experience managing complex accounts and large-scale projects.
  • Challenge status quo, break the mould and do things differently

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Engineering professional with at least 12 years of Sales experience in strategic sales or account management within the EPC large process OEMs.
  • Understanding of manufacturing trends, industrial automation technologies (like Automation and controls, Motion, Drives, Safety products), and customer business drivers in End User segments.
  • Work on assigned accounts and aligned actions with business goals.
  • Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, industrial automation platforms, and digital tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or data analytics platforms.
