The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads global Supply Chain analytics, producing insights, managing dashboards, and guiding a team of analysts to drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Lead development, deployment, and standardization of PCBA manufacturing processes and AOI inspection strategies across global sites. Drive AOI programming, optimization, defect reduction, and technology evaluation. Support NPI, process validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Engineering to improve yield, quality, and cost competitiveness.

The Cloud Vulnerability Management Analyst identifies vulnerabilities, conducts vulnerability assessments, coordinates remediation efforts, and enhances security postures within cloud and on-premise systems.

Lead development and implementation of automated manufacturing test systems. Design electrical test systems and fixtures, develop and maintain test software, create test documentation, manage test equipment lifecycle, apply Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement, and provide advanced troubleshooting and cross-functional support for product launches and engineering changes.

Design, implement, test, and maintain Windows software components using C, C++, and C#. Collaborate across QA, UX, product, and DevOps to evolve product architecture, support full-stack components (database, server, web), use source control and CI/CD, participate in Agile ceremonies, and apply generative AI tools throughout the development lifecycle.

Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive on-time, in-full renewals of support contracts. Engage customers and channel partners via phone, email, Gainsight, and Salesforce; communicate contract coverage and value; identify and escalate renewal risks; collaborate with Sales, Channel, Contracts, and Operations; maintain accurate Salesforce data, forecasts, and renewal documentation to meet retention and recurring revenue goals for North America.

Develop advanced automation control systems covering hardware product development including design, testing, and regulatory compliance while mentoring junior engineers.

Three-year Leadership Development Program with four six-month rotations (operations engineering, planning & materials, industrialization/quality/manufacturing engineering, an elective such as sourcing or logistics) plus a twelve-month plant supervision capstone. Participants receive mentoring, develop data analysis, project management and leadership skills, and rotate into a longer-term technical or supervisory role upon graduation.
