Own platform availability, integrations, automation, model lifecycle, governance, and stakeholder engagement while driving reliability, brand-safe AI use, and continuous improvement across global regions.

Lead and execute communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities to drive adoption of digital transformation across the Operating Unit. Develop communication plans, training and enablement materials, stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and metrics to measure adoption.
