Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team to drive high-impact decisions and scalable financial processes.

Lead the strategic direction for creative content by writing data-driven briefs, analyzing performance and trends, partnering with editors and brand, sourcing/managing creators, and translating insights into actionable creative recommendations that align with Greenlight's voice.

Investigate high-risk fund additions, purchases, and money movements via real-time queues to resolve fraud alerts and mitigate losses. Support escalated customer inquiries, respond to banking partner questions, and validate customer information for KYC. Analyze transaction patterns to identify fraud trends and recommend rule or system improvements. Maintain performance standards, participate in special projects, and balance fraud prevention with positive customer experience.
