Support healthcare valuation engagements through data collection, due diligence, complex financial modeling, financial analysis, report writing, and client communication. Participate in meetings and site visits, maintain project timelines, and contribute to thought leadership.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for VMG and clients, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS, and deliver client-facing consulting work including data analysis, stakeholder interviews, recommendations, and polished deliverables.

Provide transactional and operational legal support across contracts, acquisitions, integration, corporate governance, employment, IP, limited securities, insurance, and litigation. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, lead due diligence and target integration, manage entity records and compliance, coordinate outside counsel, leverage AI and legal tech, and improve Legal Department processes while advising business stakeholders and maintaining confidential records.
