Contacts newly boarded customers by phone and email, guides them through their first 30–90 days, and supports successful first transactions. Drive new B2B business for Global Payments’ Genius payment solutions by prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, presenting value-based solutions, and building relationships with business owners. Develop territory strategies, generate revenue, expand existing merchant accounts, and strengthen long-term client value. The role requires extensive field activity, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and residence within two hours of the assigned territory.

Drive EMEA adoption of the PCC HR operating model during transformation. Partner with regional stakeholders, communicate changes, gather feedback, recommend improvements, support role and structural transitions, and ensure local progress is integrated into the global HR transformation program. Provide guidance to leaders and employees while balancing global consistency with regional needs, including during M&A activity.
