Sell Heartland cloud-based Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. Prospect, set appointments, deliver in-person and phone presentations, upsell products, maintain CRM records (Atlas/Salesforce), meet quota, and work in the field ~75% of the time. The role focuses on the operations and support of Global Payments applications, ensuring SLAs are met, and providing second-level support while managing team releases.
