Provide in-office administrative support to the Design group: answer customer calls, process and scan documentation, maintain Excel tracking sheets, protect confidential information, and perform other assigned clerical duties.

Manage daily HR functions for a regional construction business including hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, drug/alcohol testing, training, HR policy implementation, HR reporting, and collaboration with corporate HR, payroll, safety and operations. Support recruiting and special HR projects.

Provide day-to-day site administrative support including processing and tracking material requisitions, maintaining receiving records and project logs, coordinating with project teams, document control, and general office tasks (filing, scanning, memos).

Provide administrative and organizational support to project managers and teams: assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, meetings, procurement, invoice processing, progress tracking, and project file control to ensure timely project delivery.

Lead process engineering for onshore oil & gas midstream facilities and pipelines: develop basis of design, HMBs, PFDs/P&IDs, line lists, PSV relief and flare studies, hydraulic/surge and pipeline simulations, equipment specs, vendor RFQs, QA/QC, construction commissioning support, and cross-discipline coordination.

Design, develop, optimize, and support database solutions using T-SQL. Build and maintain stored procedures, views, functions, and conversion scripts. Support ERP conversions, troubleshoot performance and integration issues, enforce data management best practices, and collaborate with technical and business teams throughout development, deployment, and change management.

Support and maintain HSE programs: conduct site inspections and audits, deliver safety training, investigate incidents, keep HSE records, perform environmental sampling, assist with JHAs, and promote safety culture on construction and energy projects.

Serve as primary liaison between client project managers and internal teams to interpret contracts, coordinate handoffs, plan production and shipments, support procurement, monitor orders, facilitate client meetings, and ensure projects meet customer specifications and corporate processes.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views. Validate and reconcile report data, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, and support users while following development lifecycle and company standards.
