Requires frequent travel to customer sites and industry events across assigned territories.

Manages general accounting activities, financial close processes, reconciliations, reporting, audits, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Partners with business leaders to support decisions and improve performance, leads process improvements and cross-functional projects, and mentors accounting staff. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience, and progressive accounting experience.

Performs general accounting and accounts receivable activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, inventory accounting, and financial modeling. Designs and improves mechanical systems, drilling tools, fluid-handling equipment, and pressure-containing products. Creates 3D models and drawings, performs stress, fatigue, and thermal analyses, supports product testing, and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. Ensures compliance with engineering standards, provides field and production support, contributes to continuous improvement, and occasionally travels domestically and internationally.

Manages strategic relationships with major drilling and well construction customers, driving revenue, bookings, account penetration, and growth across the drilling portfolio. Develops account plans, identifies cross-portfolio opportunities, supports bids and negotiations, maintains forecasts, coordinates internal teams, and provides market and competitive intelligence. Requires extensive executive-level sales or account management experience in drilling, well construction, oilfield equipment, or related markets, with 25–30% travel.

Provides technical ownership for released drilling products, supporting product improvements, engineering changes, manufacturing, quality, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. Collaborates across engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and service teams to maintain product reliability and manufacturability. Responsibilities include updating drawings and bills of material, managing inspection and testing activities, evaluating customer requirements, ensuring API and ISO compliance, and traveling occasionally to supplier or rig locations for inspections, commissioning, troubleshooting, and surveys.
