Generates revenue through inbound and outbound sales, customer prospecting, account reactivation, upselling, cross-selling, quote follow-up, and new business development. Answers product and pricing questions, recommends products based on customer needs, processes orders, prepares sales contracts, maintains customer records, resolves service issues, and supports outside sales. Builds relationships with business owners and decision-makers, meets sales objectives, manages customer portals, and updates internal systems.

Partners with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to develop and commercialize engineered oilfield products, improve portfolio performance, and achieve revenue and market share objectives. Provides cross-functional leadership, product training, and executive performance reporting while ensuring quality, safety, regulatory, and industry compliance.

Coordinate creation, distribution, and maintenance of internal and external work orders to support manufacturing. Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing on scheduling, material availability, costing, and technical drawings to ensure on-time production and customer requirements. Maintain records, QMS compliance, and participate in safety and process improvements.

Supervise accounting functions for manufacturing and distribution business units, manage full-cycle month-end close, prepare and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements. Maintain cost accounting, inventory valuation, and Percentage-of-Completion accounting for long-term projects. Support audits, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and system implementations while mentoring accounting staff and partnering with operations to improve controls and financial performance.

Design and deploy agentic AI systems, build ML pipelines, optimize production models, and lead enterprise data standardization and governance initiatives. The role collaborates across business and technical teams to identify AI use cases, establish data quality and metadata standards, promote data literacy, advise on AI best practices, and ensure scalable, reliable, compliant AI solutions.

Leads manufacturing projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, documentation, safety, compliance, and stakeholder communication. Collaborates with engineering, operations, procurement, quality, finance, customers, contractors, and government entities. Requires project cost control, reporting, regulatory compliance, ERP knowledge, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Supports mechanical engineering projects from concept through final documentation. Creates detailed CAD models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and work instructions using Autodesk Inventor. Performs stress, load, dimensional, fit, and tolerance calculations; applies drafting standards and revision control; and ensures designs are manufacturable and compliant. Collaborates with engineers, vendors, production, and shop personnel, supports reverse engineering and prototype activities, and helps resolve manufacturing issues.
